We gladly accept returns. Please contact us through eBay messaging to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
An RMA must be obtained within 30 days upon received shipment and prior to returning any item.
Software, manuals, electronics chart cards are non refundable due to manufacture policies and there is an additional 20% re-stocking fee for unopened package.
There will be no restocking fee if an item is returned as a result of our error, shipping errors or merchandise damaged in transit.
There is a deduction of 25% on all items that have been opened, 30% on all items that have been used and up to 50% on all items that are not returned in the original packaging.
The product must be returned in original condition with all the accessories included.
